As an interdisciplinary artist, I make bold art that is spiritual, political, emotional and nuanced. Poetry, theatre, movement and creative non-fiction essays are some of the mediums I best express myself with.
My work is a reflection of the themes which have shaped my perspective: joy, love, decolonization, liberation, feminism, fatness and grief.

I create long-form shows combining performance art with spoken word, movement and live music. My shows are not just performances; they are invitations for collective transmutation.
